Soft N' Sheer Plus

Soft n' Sheer cut-away backing is a permanent, textured, non-woven nylon that is ultra soft next to skin. With a fusible, iron on coating, it is 1-1/2 times heavier than regular Soft n' Sheer. You will iron on this backing before hooping, therefore, your fabric will not distort when you hoop it. Great for any stretchy fabrics and knits.
