For the first 90 days from the date of purchase, we offer a warranty on all accessories that come with the machine. If any of the accessories are found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period, we will replace them free of charge.

For the following year, we offer extensive warranty coverage on all parts of the machine (excluding accessories), the drive train, electronic components, and the embroidery machine itself. If any of these components are found to be defective in material or workmanship during this period, we will repair or replace them at no cost to you.
